he remembered

Anthony got Krispy Kreme doughnuts for me this morning for my birthday!!!

it was a new tradition i started for us this year - doughnuts for your birthday breakfast! yesterday i thought he probably wasn't going to remember but i didn't want to remind him:

1. it's not fun to remind someone about the "tradition"

2. i don't really need to be eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts

BUT, he remembered! i was so excited! and i ate them! :)

we have a date night planned tomorrow night so we didn't really "celebrate" today. but that's OK, tomorrow will work just fine!

i love my man! :)

i LOVE that he did it for you too! It's just not fair that the kids get all the fun, is it?!?! I'm going to celebrate you tomorrow too - since I didn't even get to TALK to you today. I'm VERY annoyed about that...so I'm going to pretend it's tomorrow too...since your date night is then, it will all work out! :)

I know exactly what you mean - the fact that he remembered is better than the doughnuts. Well, maybe that's stretching it, doughnuts are pretty darn good. Major points Anthony - enjoy dinner tomorrow night!

We started the doughnut thing this year too! I think I got the idea from Courtney!
Anyway, so sweet that he remembered!! I think the remembering is better than the doughnuts!

I know you don't know this yet because your little boys have not grown up and gotten married....but do you know how sweet it sounds to a man's mother to hear his wife tell the world she loves her husband! I am so proud of him for remembering and you for appreciating.

Love,
