some firsts

first lounge pool side - i've been taking the boys up to the pool in our neighborhood a couple of mornings a week. i set up a fan that blows right on addison while she takes her morning nap in her stroller! now that's the life! what i would give for a nap by the pool!!!!

she's found her hands! all of my children have LOVED their pacifiers! it's such a blessing. however the boys were never much for sucking on their hands. addison has found her little hand and she enjoys it very much. when she can't find her papi then her hand will do just find. she's growing up so much already!

first smile! for REAL! she's been giving little ones for over a week before this but they would sneak out and then she couldn't seem to get her face to cooperate again! on July 11th at mommom's house she figured it out and she's been smiling like you wouldn't believe ever since. her smile reminds me of jackson's as a baby and she certainly seems like she's going to be a very happy baby! hope you can catch one of these beautiful smiles for yourself sometime, they are really something! do i sound like a proud mama or what??? :)

Aunt Vonda is ready to catch one of those great big smiles too. I so wish we could have Addison and Carolina Grace in the same room...wouldn't we just have a ball all together? Oh she is just so snuggly. Love ya, Aunt Vonda

So cute - what a perfect smile. Looks like she's got the life, what I wouldn't give for a nap and fan by the pool!

I think that baby smiles and baby giggles are some of the very best gifts God gives us as parents! :o)

What a beautiful smile! Of course you might see her smiling less in the next few days.....she is saving them all up so she can smile at Mimi and Papa! Just a few more days......

Love,
Mimi
