Harrison leaves for Florida!!!

For the past three years, Harrison has been able to take a trip to FL to see his Mimi & Papa for his birthday. It's always a big deal and SO MUCH FUN!!! In the past he has only stayed about three days but this time he got to stay for 6 days and he was so excited. Mimi sent him home with a CD of pictures of all the fun they had so I'll be posting those soon. Doesn't he look so big!!! Jackson can't wait for his turn to leave on the 20th, after his birthday. He will only be there three days but I'm sure that will be enough "action" for Mimi & Papa to deal with! Plus, he's too little to stay any longer. I'm funny about that stuff!!! :)

Harrison's 6th Birthday Party

Harrison wanted a Buzz Lightyear cake and surprisingly I was able to get one from Target. They had discontinued the theme but had one left over from whenever they used to do it so I guess it pays to ask even when you don't see that cake in the "book". :)

We were so happy to have Mimi & Papa with us to celebrate!

We kept it small this year and Harrison had cake & ice cream with two neighbor friends, Aidan & Taylor (and baby Riley & baby Jack who aren't pictured). We've been blessed with some great neighbors so it was nice to be able to hang out with them while the kids played.

We hid some Easter Eggs in the back yard for the kids to find being as it was Easter weekend. :)

Here are a few of Harrison's presents!!!
It was a wonderful time celebrating our BIG BOY!!! He's been so funny since he turned six. I think he feels a sense of responsibility to be "good" because he's getting older. He keeps saying, it's so hard being 6!!! He's such a treasure and absolute blessing to us! He has the most tender heart and I hope that NEVER changes. We love you Harrison Tyler Williams!!!! Happy 6th Birthday!

Cupcakes at school...

Harrison was able to celebrate his birthday at school this year! It was his actual "birthday" so that was fun. We took juice and cupcakes and had a great time. Jackson especially enjoyed sitting with the "big" kids and pretending it was his school! He's quite the ham and had the whole class laughing hysterically by the end of our time with Harrison's class. It was such a fun time and Harrison was so excited to celebrate with his classmates!

Letting his brother try on his special crown for the day!

yum, yum!!!

Jackson just likes to eat the icing...sounds like a good plan!

Mimi & Papa had flown in to celebrate with us over the weekend and spend Easter with us so it was great for them to be there and get to meet everyone!

Harrison stood on his chair while they sang Happy Birthday. He didn't hardly look up once, I think he was a little embarrassed but not enough to keep them from singing to him!

We also sang to Carlos who's birthday would be Friday, but being as that was Good Friday and they would be out of school the class sang to him early.

Harrison with his teacher and teacher's assistant, Mrs. Lee & Mrs. P....we just LOVE these ladies!
