this morning we had our Lambs Bible study. it was GREAT as always. when we got in the car i asked Jackson how his class was and this is what he said...
"a big girlie (by big he just means adult) came in us class and her have girlie shoes and her make us sing girlie songs."
i'm guessing they had someone come in and do music with their class and it was probably GREAT. we had a talk about how all the songs that we sing at church we love because they are about Jesus.
he is a mess. i hope he didn't say all of that out loud to his teachers! my goodness!

This is good for those of us who work with children in childrens worship at church to listen too...we need to make sure we keep the music from being too girlie! Ha! Leave it to little j to give us true "BOY" perspective. He probably prefers the jump around in your tennis shoes kind of song more than the flowing worship sort of thing....He will grow in his worship style with time...but for now keep him jumping for Jesus!
Love, Mom
Oh my goodness, Jackson is a mess isn't he? Hmmm...girlie songs...wonder which ones they sung? I believe your 2nd born is going to always keep you guessing...what do you think, Beth? He is such a cutie patootie...I love hearing about his latest observations.
That's too funny! Well here's how Addison will be different - Sarah sings the songs all the way home in the car over and over and over....etc.
Girlie songs and girlie shoes - what a riot he is. He loved it - you know he did! :)
I just love his little Jackson-isms. Too cute.
