Cheers! The coconuts weren't ripe so it really wasn't all that good. Bummer! I was so excited to try it and Mom had pleasant memories from tasting one in Hawaii.

Goodbye Aruba! We had a blast! I think the only thing that could have been better is if Ian, Vonda, & Ella Rose could have been with us! We certainly missed you guys on Vacation this year! Hope we can all be together next time!

The "Airport Picnic" was another of my special moments. Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches and cold pizza makes a perfect Airport Picnic.
And yes, the boys....both of them... were wonderful travelers. I don't think either of them gave us a minutes trouble!
And yes, that SMALL rental car....the moral of this story is that Small means CHEAP...But hey, it worked! But it was funny with Beth and Dad in the front with Beth holding a couple of bags, Mimi in the back sandwiched between 2 carseats and holding a bag, so many bags at our feet (except Dad's) that we could not move....But it was a short trip to the resort and it did not take long for Papa to pick up Anthony, alone, standing looking like a misplaced Hispanic man at the airport. It was a great time! and yes.......There was 3 people missing that we wished could have been there. Now, wouldn't little Ella Rose would have had a ball! Well, at least we all would have had a ball with her! Oh yes, we would have loved Ian and Vonda to have been there. I thought I better add that due to the fact that they think that we think they are chopped liver now that Ella Rose has graced our lives. Ha.

Oh it looks like y'all had such a great time in Aruba! And yes Beth we would have very much liked to have been there vacationing with y'all too. The pictures are so good! I have such fond memories of Aruba back in 2002 when Harrison was only 6 months old. Can you believe we have 3 more members added to our family since then??? Ian, Jackson and Ella Rose! What a blessing! And we are so blessed that we are able to vacation as a family so often...thank you Mama and Daddy!!! Love you all! -V

I'm with Heather - I could be your Nanny on the next trip. What an amazing time it looks like. I have to admit I'm extremely jealous. I can't believe ya'll got bumped to first class. I think that set the tone for the whole trip. Oh, and the iguana attacking your bum is quite hysterical. I guess he knows a good thing when he sees it! Thanks for sharing all the pics, Aruba makes for a beautiful backdrop!
How fun! I am not too fond of any kind of reptiley thing either, so I would have been right there with you. I love the pics of you guys all dressed similar, they turned out cute! So wonderful making memories with the grandparents, I remember taking trips with my grandparents like that!

I also hadnt checked for a few days and BAM! So much to look at and read about! Your trip looked amazing! I would love to go there one day. Im so glad you had such a great time, but Im with you...no more naps by the pool...I wanted to scream just reading about it! Yikes!
