Reflections of a Mom's Life

you would think i'd have learned by now....

I told Jackson to come downstairs for lunch and I walked on ahead of him. He was laying on the floor and taking his time. He was down within a few minutes and I fed him his lunch. When I walked upstairs to put him down for his nap, I found the above disaster! Good thing I have a neighbor with a shop vac. she was willing to loan out!

How long have I been a mom now? and I'm still leaving him at times unattended? will I ever learn? I'm guessing I'll be locking the office door when Anthony's not home as to prevent future issues such as these. I'm sure he'll find something new to try, he always does! :)

He was just making his mark on the Christmas decorations - now it looks like it snowed in Daddy's office! Oh what these kids find to get into!!!!

Well, at least someone in Raleigh got some snow this Christmas! :) So did he just empty the shredder, or did he shred his own documents? Too funny (though I understand the headache!).

Oh my word...is this what we have to look forward to??? Isn't it amazing how quickly they can get into trouble. Ella Rose is not even walking yet and the child gets into EVERYTHING! I think she is going to take after her cousin Jackson, moving and shaking! -V

Well, hopefully you are able to laugh about it now!! At least this mess can be vacuumed up! Anderson ruined Carter's rocker/glider last week with a PEN!!!!! Gotta love these boys!

It's ok Beth. I'm a slow learner too when it comes to these things. We keep hoping the kids will learn their lesson, but they keep thinking we'll learn ours. :)

I wonder if he was sticking out his tounge as he watched it fall!!! This is too funny. Boys will be boys!

Too Funny! I love your blog. The boys are so grown-up now. Congrats on baby #3. It's hard to believe how much has changed since we left VA. In many ways it doesn't seem like that long ago, but when you look at all of the kids, it's really been a long time. This is such a neat way to re-connect with everyone.
